• Gingko use has certain problems. May cause headache, nausea, gastric symptoms, diarrhea, or allergic skin reactions. May be associated with cerebral or extracerebral hemorrhage.

• Bleeding has been reported when combined with aspirin, rofecoxib, and warfarin.

• Meta-analysis shows mixed results for patients with intermittent claudication, and the positive effects were limited.

• Did not show to be more efficacious than placebo for tinnitus.
